Printing and copying is available in the library.  This help page is used for instructions on printing.  To see prices visit: https://library.uco.edu/services/copy/

Due to COVID-19 printing/copying is free during 2020, but is limited to 25 pages per print job.

During a normal semester you will receive $5 in free prints and will need to deposit money on your papercut account for further printing.  You can deposit money via credit card to your papercut account.  It will take 24 hours for the deposit to show up on your account.

Step-by-step guide

Sending print jobs to the printer:

1. Login to one of the library computers using your UCO credentials.
2. Open your file or webpage and click File → Print
3. Choose either LIB-BW on uco print (black and white prints) or LIB-COLOR on uco print (color prints) as the printer.

4. Click Print.
5. Go to the printer to pickup your jobs.
   1. If you printed to LIB-BW on ucoprint, you can release your job at the following printers:
      1. 1st Floor

      2. 3rd Floor

   2. If you printed to LIB-COLOR on ucoprint, you can release your job at the following printer:

      1. 1st Floor

Releasing your print jobs at the printer:

1. You will need to swipe your UCO ID to login to the printer.
2. All your print jobs will be released automatically.

1. You will need to swipe your UCO ID to login to the printer.

2. Choose Copy from the printer screen

3. Open the copier lid and place original on the glass bed, then close the lid again

4. Hit the Copy button

5. When finished copying documents, tap Sign Out at the upper left
