Post-migration monitoring and technical support for UCO users continued this week. No notable issues have been reported or observed.

HubSpot Marketing Hub, Enterprise Trial through May 27, 2020 (TDX #402349, Cabinet Priority #6)
JCGS and Undergraduate Admissions staff met with the HubSpot inbound consultant to conclude the trial assessment of Marketing Hub Enterprise features.
Primary stakeholders will meet next week to establish oversight responsibilities and continue working with HubSpot's strategic consultant on a weekly basis.
For Graduate Prospective Students - Separate CRM Recruit Project (TDX #386594, not prioritized by Cabinet)
JCGS and OIT conferred about post-migration feedback, confirm prioritization of near-term development priorities, and align plans with timeframes affected by impending upgrade to Recruit version 6.1.
OIT retained the contract services of Oculus in order to complete remaining deliverables related to triggered messaging plans at the same time as migration work utilizes in-house resource capacity. Contract developer began meeting with OIT this week and will engage with JCGS next week.
OIT project team workshopped technical configuration for application review and decision components. These will be developed in the Test system to enable a future demonstration for JCGS staff of Recruit capabilities not previously implemented.
