Migration of CRM Recruit to Cloud Platform
URLs for UCO testing environments were re-directed to version 6.0 in the Test cloud environment. BRIM and BEP connections to Banner Test system were re-routed to integrate with Recruit’s cloud Test system.
CRM Admins met with Ellucian Functional Consultant to prepare a plan for testing of UCO’s migrated configuration in the cloud.
Technical testing of cloud functionality was conducted by CRM Admins, along with minor adjustments to configuration based on results.
Customer acceptance testing by JCGS was conducted over two working sessions with OIT.
Customer acceptance testing by Undergraduate Admissions will be conducted next week.
HubSpot Marketing Platform
OIT PMO prepared an organization chart of all teams and individual users for use by customers and HubSpot during the Enterprise license trial period.
Undergraduate Admissions and OGA personnel met with HubSpot consultant to learn about segmenting team access and content, as well as setting user-level permissions, in order to begin trying system functionality for respective constituency needs.
