Print from Mobile Devices to the Chambers Library or NUC Digital Den.

Max Chambers Library and the Digital Den are available for mobile printing while on campus.  Your print job can be released from any public printer in the Library or the Tech Express in the Nigh University Center (NUC).

All students begin with a free $5.00 credit in their PaperCut accounts each semester (does not roll-over to next semester) and will need to deposit money into their PaperCut account for further printing.

You can deposit money online via credit card to your PaperCut account. Money deposited online can take up to 24 hours to be reflected on your PaperCut account at https://print.uco.edu. If you need immediate credit please visit the information desk on the 1st floor of the Max Chambers Library. You may use cash, check, or card (MasterCard and Visa) to purchase prints and copies at the Information desk. The library does not issue refunds.

Setup and use mobile printing on a Windows device:

  1. Connect to the UCO_SECURE WiFi network. (directions)
  2. To setup your device, go to print.uco.edu and login with your UCO Username and Password
  3. Click the menu item to "Mobility Print Setup"
  4. The webpage will detect what OS your device is using and give the correct install link. Click the "Click this Link" text to download the installer.

  5. Open the installer, select preferred language, and agree to the End User License Agreement
  6. It will retrieve the available printers. Select LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), and TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express).

  7. enter your your UCO Username and Password and click "Next" This is the same account that you use to access email, UCONNECT, D2L, etc.

  8. Click "Finish" and you are ready to print.

  9. Print your document as normal and select a mobility printer from the list. 
  10. If prompted, enter your UCO Username and Password.
  1. You can now go to the type of printer you selected to retrieve your print job. At the printer:

    1. Sign in with your UCO Username and Password or swipe Banner ID card.
  2. Tap "PaperCut Print Release" on screen
  3. Select your print jobs and tap "Print" button in bottom right 
  4. Be sure to tap "Sign out" at the top of the screen on the printer once your job has completed.


Device Requirements: Mobility Print supports all current Microsoft Windows operating systems.



Setup and use mobile printing on a MAC OS device: 

  1. Connect to the UCO_SECURE WiFi network.  (directions)
  2. Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
  3. Click the icon or the "+" sign under the Printers List.  The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
  4. Select the Mobility Print printers LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), or TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express).
  5. At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.

  6. Click add.
  7. Locate your document to print. The way you print may be different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer (LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), or TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express)

  8. Adjust the settings to fit your needs: number of copies, paper size, orientation, double-sides, and pages.

  9. If prompted, enter your UCO Username and Password.

You can now go to the type of printer you selected to retrieve your print job. At the printer:

  1. Sign in with your UCO Username and Password or swipe Banner ID card.

  2. Tap "PaperCut Print Release" on screen

Device Requirements: Mobility Print supports mac OS Yosemite and higher.



Setup and use mobile printing on an iOS device:

  1. Connect to the UCO_SECURE WiFi network. (directions)
  2. Mobility Print works just like AirPrint
  3. Open the app you want to print from.
  4. To find the print option, tap the app’s share icon — reply icon or share icon — or tap .
  5. Scroll down and tap pinter icon or Print. If you can’t find the print option, check the app’s User Guide or Help section. Not all apps support AirPrint.
  6. If prompted, enter your UCO Username and Password.
  7. Tap Select Printer and select a Mobility Print printer (LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), or TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express)
  8. Adjust the settings to fit your needs: number of copies, paper size, orientation, double-sides, and pages.
  9. Tap Print in the top right-hand corner.

You can now go to the type of printer you selected to retrieve your print job. At the printer:

  1. Sign in with your UCO Username and Password or swipe Banner ID card.
  2. Tap "PaperCut Print Release" on screen
  3. Select your print jobs and tap "Print" button in bottom right 
  4. Be sure to tap "Sign out" at the top of the screen on the printer once your job has completed.


Device Requirements: Mobility Print supports iOS 11.0 and higher.



Setup and use mobile printing on an Android device:

  1. Connect to the UCO_SECURE WiFi network. (directions)
  2. Install the Mobility Print Android App from the Google Play Store.
  3. Launch the Mobility Print app.
  4. Tap "Tap here and check the Mobility Print service is on." tap toggle to "On" position.
  5. Tap "Tap her to turn on all mobility Print notifications." and tap toggle to "On" position.
  6. Exit out of Settings and close Mobility Print app.
  7. Locate your document and tap to print. The way you print may be different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app.
  8. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon (LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), or TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express)
  9. Adjust the settings to fit your needs: number of copies, paper size, orientation, double-sides, and pages. 
  10. When prompted about using Mobility Print, select "OK"
  11. If prompted, enter your UCO Username and Password.

You can now go to the type of printer you selected to retrieve your print job. At the printer:

  1. Sign in with your UCO Username and Password or swipe Banner ID card.
  2. Tap "PaperCut Print Release" on screen
  3. Select your print jobs and tap "Print" button in bottom right 
  4. Be sure to tap "Sign out" at the top of the screen on the printer once your job has completed.


Device Requirements: Mobility Print supports Android 4.4 and higher. Supported devices includes Android phones and tablets from Google.



Setup and use mobile printing on a Chrome device: 

  1. Connect to the UCO_SECURE WiFi network. (directions)
  2. Install Mobility Print Chrome App from Chrome web store. 
  3. If you want to print from Android applications such as Microsoft Word:
    1. Enable Google Play store as a user 
    2. Install the Mobility Print Android App from the Google Play Store.
    3. Follow Android mobility print directions
  4. Open the page to print. The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. 
  5. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer identified by the PaperCut icon (LIB-COLOR (Library Public Printers  - Color), LIB-BW (Library Public Printers - Black & White), or TEK-HPE82560 (Tech Express)
  6. Adjust the settings to fit your needs: number of copies, paper size, orientation, double-sides, and pages.
  7. Click Print
  8. If prompted, enter your UCO Username and Password.

You can now go to the type of printer you selected to retrieve your print job. At the printer:

  1. Sign in with your UCO Username and Password or swipe Banner ID card.
  2. Tap "PaperCut Print Release" on screen
  3. Select your print jobs and tap "Print" button in bottom right 
  4. Be sure to tap "Sign out" at the top of the screen on the printer once your job has completed.


Device Requirements: Mobility Print supports Chrome OS with Chrome version 69 and higher for Chrome apps and version 53 and higher for Android apps.
